PREZIO Health’s Surgical Instrument Services are focused on increasing physician satisfaction and patient care by improving the overall form, fit and functionality of our customers’ surgical instrument portfolio.  Accomplishing this will involve utilizing the extensive knowledge and technical capabilities that our van-based and national repair center technicians have developed.  In addition, PREZIO Health will create an instrument maintenance strategy aimed at improving our customers’ return on investment.  Measurable results should be achievable within 90 days depending on the original condition of the instruments and customers’ level of commitment.

PREZIO Health begins with an Individualized Perioperative Performance Assessment to benchmark a  customer’s ongoing instrument maintenance strategy and compare it to national best practices. Based on this assessment, a detailed Improvement Plan is crafted with the customer, identifying the scope of work and corresponding investment required.  Results, aimed at delivering clinical, financial and operational efficiencies are measured and monitored using data-driven dashboards. Our client’s investments/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are then analyzed and reported to customers as part of regularly scheduled Quality Partnership Reviews (QPRs).

All Improvement Plans are designed to clearly define the key strategies that will positively impact a customer’s perioperative business. PREZIO Health is able to deliver improved outcomes by utilizing its own proprietary process called Metrics Management Modeling™ to track carefully selected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

SURGICAL INSTRUMENT REPAIR

PREZIO Health specialists perform repairs on your general surgical, urological, microsurgical, laparoscopic, ophthalmic, orthopedic, ENT, neurological, and specialty instrumentation. In addition, we offer service on case carts and sterilization containers.  PREZIO Health is the only company authorized and trained by V Mueller to service Genesis containers using OEM parts. With a national fleet of fully equipped on-location repair labs, PREZIO Health’s surgical  instrument repair specialists are always available to keep your OR operating efficiently.

NATIONAL REPAIR CENTERS

Experienced factory-trained specialists at our National Repair Centers are available to complete the more complex service work, while following strict processes as part of our Quality Management System.  We typically deliver repairs within 48 hours.
